Holo from Spice and Wolf

Spice and Wolf is one of the most darling anime's I've seen in a long time! It has whit, humor and a dialogue that can leave you behind if your not paying attention. But the slowly built love story between wolf god Holo and merchant Lawrence steals the show for me and everyone else. Holo is a strong and stubborn wolf, two characteristics I automatically relate to. 



Skirt and Vest: Crushed Microsuede with black fur trim

Shirt: Royal Blue poly-blend fabric. Simple pattern with modified collar detailed in white

Sash and dangle w/loop: Red and rust colors with an detailed period pattern. Loop wooden painted silver

Tail and Ears: Approx 2 yards of tawny faux fox fur I custom dyed to match wig. Dyed with mixtures of liquid acrylic paint mix with alcohol solution. Dried. Repeat process approx 10 times to get right shade. White faux fox fur tips attached. Ears attached with headband harness through wig. Wire sandwiched between layers for bendability and proper placement.
