Lady from Devil May Cry IV

The fabric is what made the costume because there were several times almost dropped it because I couldn't find a white fabric with pinstripe that I liked, much less a light blue pinstripe. But when I found it literally underneath a pile of cloth it was light a light from the heavens had shone upon it.. naa... just my eyes playing tricks on me. But I was really REALLY lucky in finding this fabric.

The boots aren't accurate style of boot but they are in color. It was just really hard to find any pirate-y boots and the covers I made for Akon I didn't like. So I trashed them for the photoshoot, found some $13 boots at Payless and sprayed them with outdoor spraypaint in 3 different colors to make them dark and bloody enough. The leather gloves I bought at a biker shop and sprayed the same as the boots.

My hair is temporary dyed black blue.. I do not suggest temporary dye unless you are doing something like going from dark brown to a black blue b/c it can really damage your hair. I wish I had gotten a wig though b/c my bangs were flying around :S
